Nutty Fudge

Nutty Fudge Nourish With Karen

Who isn't looking for a sweet treat that is good for you?  This nutty fudge has the taste of an Eat More chocolate bar, peanutty, chocolatey and kinda chewy.  Easy to whip together, the hardest part is letting it set in the fridge before you eat it!

For those of you on special diets, this is Paleo, Gaps, SCD but delicious enough everyone will love it.

Store it in the fridge as it will soften if left out!

Nutty Fudge

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup flaked almonds or other chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Heat peanut butter and honey over low heat until consistency is smooth.  Stir in the cocoa powder and then stir in remaining ingredients.

Press into an 8x8 pan.  Chill overnight.  Cut into small squares.  Enjoy!
